Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently for each integration test we rebuild mintd, this is wasteful as the binary could be reused across tests. We should build it once and reuse the artifact across tests.
