We need to update from the 24.04 to the 24.11 channel as it is now the stable nix channel. However, updating this brings in newer versions of bitcoin and cln whitch casuse a CI failure for the regtest.

It seems that lnd 18.3 whitch is the the version in channel 24.11 is not compatible with bitcoin 28 the version in channel 24.11 without settings a deprecated flat.
